Street Library

The Street Library was our first program for our adopted communities. We invite the children to discover the pleasure of reading and art activities.  It is also our way to meet and know the families. We bring the books and conduct the program on sidewalks, open fields and spaces within the neighborhood.

Through the years, our Street Library has involved mothers committed to be facilitators.  Some of our Street Library children have grown up and have become facilitators to the present generation of Street Library beneficiaries.

One of our future plans is creating mini-libraries in the different communities to support our Street Library.
